The Indian Army invites applications for 190 Civilian Switch Board Operator (CSBO) Grade-II, Group 'C' posts. Candidates must have passed Matriculation and possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in handling PBX/EPABX boards. Eligibility
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board. Essential proficiency in handling Private Board Exchange (PBX) Board is required, with a minimum of 06 months of experience. Fluency in spoken English and Hindi is desirable.
Age Limit
- Minimum age: 18 years. Maximum age: 25 years as on the last date of application receipt (31 May 2026). Age relaxations are applicable as per Government instructions: OBC: 3 years; SC/ST: 5 years; Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD): 10 years (additional 5 years for PwBD-SC/ST, 3 years for PwBD-OBC); Ex-servicemen: 3 years additional relaxation; Departmental candidates with 3 years continuous service: Up to 40 years (45 years for SC/ST departmental candidates).
